Hello Sirs/ Ma'ams, I have purchased the HP Warranty for my business laptop, but I did not receive credit on my account for the warranty I purchased online. I have provided the HP authorities with all the information on my warranty. The customer service seems to be completely worthless in my option. Does anyone know how i can go about getting a refund

Please help us with the laptop serial number or the product number on a private message for further assistance.

Hello and sorry for the delay. I am an overseas contractor working on a U.S. Base in Kuwait. My model number is 8UY76UT#ABA. And, my serial number is 5CG01317LT. My order number for the warranty is H354029064.
