Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had a problem that causes my laptop to show blue screen error when I connect to the Wi-Fi router.  I have viewed the event log each time I get a bluescreen and this error is show : "Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz : The network adapter has returned an invalid value to the driver" . It usually crashes after I used the WIFI for some time like 1hr or 2hr. However there are many users connected to the same WIFI during the day but they do not

I have updated all my drivers including the wlan driver and bios but still this error occurs.

Hoping for a favorable reply.

one thing to try is to set the intel wifi driver to connect to 802.11ac, instead of tryint ax and ac... you do that in the Windows Device Manager\Netword Adapters\IntelWi-Fi 6 ax200 proterties dialog... select the Advanced tab and change the 802.11n/ac/ax Wireless Mode to '3. 802.11ac'

some wireless AP's have had issues connecting to new ax adapters
