It would help if you gave more details, such as a full error message and description of when the error arises.

 

A few online searches indicate the code you give is a Distributed COM (DCOM) error code: CO_E_SERVER_EXEC_FAILURE or "server execution failed" in English.

 

 

I would start by downloading the latest version of Connection Manager on the drivers page for your notebook on the HP Support site, uninstalling your current HP Connection Manager, restarting the notebook (choose Restart as opposed to Shut Down and then switching back on), then install the HP Connection Manager you have downloaded. It might be the problem you have is fixed in the latest version and/or that reinstalling sorts out problems with Distributed COM permissions.
