Go into the BIOS.

Then click on ADVANCE.

Then click on BUILT- IN DEVICE OPTIONS.

Thanks @Reo,  you just confirmed that by screenshot, I don't have that bluetooth option in my notebook bios, it is permanently disabled by HP, like we see an option while purchasing notebook to "Permanent disable  bluetooth", can we do something to show the option to re-enable it, through bois flash or something to get that option.

Many thanks.

Yup that's the latest.

Go to your Device  Manager.

Does the Bluetooth section look like this???

No sorry, Device Manager does not have any bluetooth listing.

Open up the laptop and remove and replace the Intel 8260 WLAN card.  It is secured with one screw and has two leads (which have to be connected correctly).

Awesome, so replacing the wlan card would re-enable bluetooth?

If the WiFI/Bluetooth card is bad???

See your WiFi and Bluetooth are a one card combo.

Your WiFi is working fine???

But I guess the Bluetooth part of the card could be bad???

Or they disabled the Bluetooth portion on the card???

If it was disabled in the BIOS then replacing the card will not do anything.

But if you want to try to replace it then use your laptops videos and not something from Youtube.
