had the laptop form over a year, I should have took it back straight away, I was using a mac book and just wanted something for work. I told the guy in pc world that I wanted something that wasn't really slow, I paid £500 for this, it was slow from the start, I kept switching to the mac because I never had time to sort this. now I have, is there anything I can do? Ive reset back to factory settings without saving any files, as ive never used this really, I used to ha an HP PC for years and loved it, the reason I chose the brand again, hope this can be fixed.
