Product: Hp rechargeable tilt stylus
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Recently I purchased a HP Rechargeable Tilt Pen (second hand but like-new) online through CeX which arrived with no original packaging or HP charging cable. I used my own USB-C type charging cable which has worked (orange light), but it has been charging for just around 7 hours and there has been no white light or indication of its progress.. Occasionally the light would blink and continue being orange. I have tried to use the stylus even without the white light and there has been no response. I have tried many other charging cables and even the provided USB-C cable of their own brand which has also made no difference.
