Product: HP ZBook Fury 17 G7 Mobile Workstation IDS Base Model

I have read blogs on how to remove custom logo in the ZBOOK FURY G7 with and UPDATED UEFI BIOS

none seem to be helpful. I figured that because I had the HP_TOOLS partition deleted, I had to have it recreated. I then checked a website that shows supported models, it says my laptop has support in the HP Cloud Recovery Client software. Entering the Product brings an unsupported error message.

I'm pretty stuck on how I can get this resolved.
