Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I currently am using a different charger than the one supplied with the computer. I am already well aware that is underpowered but THE CHARGER WORKS. However, every 60 seconds of using the laptop, the screen dims and a pop up shows up stating the obvious. It's becoming a nuisance to my operation and I want to remove this notification permanentlyhp smart adapter.PNG.

what is saying is that the adapter does not have enough power to charge the battery and at the same time power the laptop to full performance
