HP Recommended
Product: HP Elitebook 725
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am selling my laptop but unable to wipe it.

 

I have tried via the Reset PC route to reset to factory, deleting all files etc. but it fails and displays. This computer cannot be reset. or similar messages. Also tried to refresh the windows installation and that fails too. Tried via the Esc button boot menu and the same, it just forces me back to windows as it is.

 

Any ideas? I have the full genuine key etc.
