Product: Chromebook 14

I bought a Chromebook 14 for a family member at Walmart but she was unable to install Microsoft on it so was unable to use it. I bought it 8-19-21 so Walmart would not take it back.  Am I to understand since that it is past 45 days I cannot return it?

On Chromebooks, windows cannot be installed. For replacement please contact Walmart.
