When returning a laptop,  do you return the laptop only? When returning to Apple, they ask that you do not include chargers and other accessories. Do I just send back the laptop, or do I include the charger?

If you are returning a recent purchase, include everything you were sent.

If you are sending the notebook for repair - include the charger and other peripherals ONLY if instructed to do so.

If you were not told to do so, do not include the charger.

If there is not a paper in the box with instructions to do so, do not include the charger.

In almost every case, you do not need to include the "extra bits".

If you are still in doubt, contact HP Support using the contact information (phone / email) you were given with your case number.  (Do not post such information here - we cannot make use of it and the moderators will have to come back and edit your post to remove the private information.  Thanks.)
