Morning all

 

Can someone please assist me, as the information I am getting from the internet isnt making sense to me. 

 

Is there a way to roll back my the Bios on my HP Probook 450 G8 i3 11th Gen ? I did an update to the new BIOS in June and my laptop has been acting very strange since then. The laptop is throttling like crazy on battery, which never happened before, there's noticeable lag and the performance has not been the same since then. Very unhappy as this little i3 could do everything. 

 

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP!
