SCCM TS Bios update 840G3

HP Recommended

HI all.

I'm trying to get an SCCM task sequence to update the BIOS on our HP 840G3 fleet and so far, I've bricked two machines lol.

I do this in for steps with a reboot back to PXE after each step.
Each file passed has the correct formatting, I'll omit them from the thread thou.

Step one:

Update the BIOSN75_01.44A (latest Version)
HPBIOSUPDREC64.exe -s -b -r  (The TS has to control the reboot)

Step two:
Factory reset all BIOS settings.
BiosConfigUtility64 /Set:"FactoryDefaults.txt" /cpwdfile:"840G3.PW"
Apply Factory Defaults and Exit
No
*Yes

Step Three:

TPM Specification Version
1.2
TPM Device
Hidden
*Available
TPM State
Disable
*Enable
TPM Activation Policy
F1 to Boot
Allow user to reject
*No prompts

Step Four:
Fast Boot
*Disable
Enable
Audio Alerts During Boot
*Disable
Enable
Configure Legacy Support and Secure Boot
Legacy Support Enable and Secure Boot Disable
*Legacy Support Disable and Secure Boot Enable
Legacy Support Disable and Secure Boot Disable
UEFI Boot Options
Disable
*Enable
Legacy Boot Options
*Disable
Enable

Each step passes exit code 0 with all SCCM logs stating it completed.
Once the machine reboots after step 4, the bios is dead and HP have to come out and swap the board.

The Caps log key flashes 3 slow and 6 fast but that error code isn't on the 840G3 manual.

Can anyone advise a better way or maybe a reason?

Thanks.
