Operating System: Linux

Im loading these great refurbished Elitebooks for my kids with Linux.... I see the G5 does not have a SD slot, though it appears some may have? Does anyone know what year / model did the Elitebook stop being equipped with an SD Card slot ?

I know many new HP machines now do not have SD card slot. Two of my HP machines do not have SD card slot at all, one is an HP Elitebook 840 G5 (around 6 years old) and a new ZBook Firefly 14 G10 (Intel) which is 7 months old. My HP Omen which I bought the same time with my 840 G5 does have SD card reader.

 

I take a lot of photos/videos on my cameras, all I have to do to use external card readers
