Envy x360 Convertible
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Purchased an Envy x360 a day ago. On checking, found the outer edge of the screen got a scratch, almost got a chamfered edge. Suspect the cause might be a manufacturing defect. Really sad to see that on an expensive new purchase.

Even though it’s a cosmetic damage, am I eligible to ask for an exchange, since the purchase is only a day old ?
