Screen hinge broke Envy 13 2018

I just opened my laptop yesterday and i heard a sound and now this happen .

Everything is fine the screen is not damaged but sometimes i see an orange circle in this corner ? 

Is there any solutions or can i fix it by myself because we are in quarentine
