I posted this on the Notebook board because I don't see a board for monitors. Anyway, we ordered 60 Series 5 Pro 534pm monitors, and we are having difficulty using Windows Hello with the Lenovo notebooks. The internal one of the notebooks is working, but the external is not activating, even though we see in the device manager that the IR camera is there and all the drivers are installed correctly. Is there a trick?

Okay we found the solution. In the BIOS of the Notebook you need to disable: Enhanced Windows Biometric Security. I hope it helps someone with the same problem.

I had simmilar problem, with Zbook X G1i. I have Logitech Brio camera. Face recognition was not working. I had to Enable this settings in Windows.
