HP Spectre x360 16 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 16-f1000 IDS Base Model

I shipped my laptop to HP for repairs, but I keep getting automated texts that my service order has been delayed "due to unforeseen circumstances". So far, the three automated texts I've received have pushed back my ETA by over two months. The automated text gives a number to contact them, but calling that number only gives a dial-up tone to say this number is not reachable "1-800-HP-ONEXX". When I go to hp.com/repair, I can only find the bare details of my case, but there's no option to talk HP support regarding my case and its delays. Can anyone help in this? Or went through something similar and knows how to get into contact with HP support for service orders?

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
