I had purchased a HP laptop for my studies at germany. My laptop, on one fine day refused to turn on. After waiting for days to connect to a hp call centre, I had sent the laptop for service through HP germany and got a quotation for 450+€. The problem cited by HP was liquid damage and the entire motherboard along with connectors had been damaged and had to be replaced. When I happened to take the laptop to a service centre that I personally knew. They had replaced the power adapter and it worked fine. Just then, I realized, for a fix that costed mere 8€, HP was trying to extort money from me by their statements. Is there anybody in HP germany to whom I could escalate this issue. The call centre provides a generic reply and they don't do anything in this case. I have tried and I am done with the call centre. The reply they provide is that there is no email ID to complain about this issue.
Kindly help.
