I am trying to setup a HP 17Z CA300 laptop with a HP USB-c Dock G5 to connect to two Philips monitors. The dock connects to the laptop fine but I am unable to get the monitors to connect. Both monitors and cables have been connected (one at a time) to the laptop and they both work. How do I connect them via the dock?

needs a different dock, it is the DisplayLink compatible dock, which by means of software and hardware can use any USB port for imaging. I leave the link where you can consult for these dock notes the model you are interested in and makes a search on the internet

Hi @Deb2761
The USB-C port is not compatible with DisplayPort and does not transmit image for data only.
