Product: EliteBook x360 830 G6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Our company in the uk has purchased and configured a laptop which is intended for one of our users who resides in Mexico. We've tried shipping the device to them but it's stuck in customs due to not having the NOM-208-SCFI-2016 certification from NYCE, this is a safety certification from the Wireless frequencies but I've not been able to find this information on the HP site anywhere.
Any ideas where I might find this ?
