I wonder if it is better to unplug the ac adapter if laptop is already full charge. I've read on other websites ac adapter should stay plugged in and some say it depends on your device. I'm not sure if it's fine with my device. I always stay indoor so if ever it would be just fine to me to always plug in ac adapter. I have HP x360 Pavillion Convertible 13-u002ne. Thanks.

Welcome to the HP Support Community @br1stol
You should have a SMART AC adaptor.
That means that the AC and Computer communicate threw the center pin to regulate the charging and discharging of the battery.
You do not need to do anything.
