Hi:
No one here would be able to tell you what to do regarding upgrading to W11.
I can tell you that HP has a full set of W11 drivers for your notebook, so it is supported.
W11 was designed to run faster than W10 according to Microsoft.
I installed W11 on some of my PC's and it has run better than W10 on every one of them,
What you can do is to give W11 a try and you have 10 days to go back to W10 if W11 doesn't work right.
Microsoft: You can easily go back to Windows 10 from Windows 11 (windowslatest.com)
I can't believe HP installed a slowpoke 7,200 RPM mechanical hard drive in your notebook instead of a blazing fast NVMe SSD.
You may want to look into upgrading to one of those.
