Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello team,


We have weird issues with our laptops. When we unplug the laptop from charger and lock the screen after a few minutes the screen goes black and the power button is pulsating. Whe can then wake it up by pressing an button. 

When we start the proces again and go after pulsating and wait for 30 minutes its shuts down.

 

We checked power plans. All Good. The only thing we see is the modern SLeep mode. S0.

More people that have this problem? Somebody got an idea
