Hi,
I recently switched from desktop working station to a mobile station.
I have Zbook G8 17'' with i7 and RTX A2000 (sorry, I dont really know the exact model number) and HP G4 280W docking station. I am running one display (on DisplayPort; it is FHD 16:9 AOC with HDMI or DP output) from the dock. And I am running Win11.
Sometimes there is a moment when my display goes black and suddenly hops back on. It looks like a signal loss. I have tried different DP cable, even HDMI cable. Still the same thing. Recently I found out that I can envoke it. It is really weird, but it will happen when I open AutoCAD Mechanical.
I updated the docks firmware (HP support app) and GPU driver (downloaded from Nvidias website). Still... It is happening on a daily bases.
In my office, there are 4 people in total with the same docking station. Two of them have different model of the laptop and one has the same (has simmilar issues, but he fixed it by changing monitor frequency from 60hz to 75hz; didnt worked for me). those two others are running Zbook G9, one with Win10 and one with Win11 (any of those two guys have the same problem).
Can anyone help me please? Thank you and have a nice day guys 🙂
