Significant Delay of Order and unavailability of any response

I have placed an order with HP through their local distributor in Lebanon ATS in 24th December 2020.The order official delivery schedule was 10 weeks as per the signed order. The order was signed between ATS and Hasco company.


The order is intended for schools across Lebanon to support people in needs. We were surprised by an update by HP that delivery which was provisionned by end of February is post-poned till 21st of May 2021 which means a delay of 16 weeks above original delivery schedule.


We have approached HP middle east team and we never received either directly neithet through their local partner any clear feedback. We have also requested an official letter highlighting the delay reasons in order to be submitted to our client.


I would like to raise our surprise with the un-professionnalism of HP to respect the delivery schedule which will affect the schools and incurr us liquidated damages.
