Dear HP community, I need your help:

When GPU or mainly CPU is in high usage, sound gets weird. Speaker is cracking and graphics is glitching (in games).

I tried reinstal drivers, instal old drivers from HP sites, etc.. Nothing helped me. I also updated BIOS up to date.

In this mine video, I'm showing you great sound until I start CPU benchmark (to stress CPU). My mobile's mic is not good at all, but you will be able to hear the diference. You will see there also overheating, which I thing can't cause the problem.
-> Problem is happening even when CPU usage is around 60% and temperature of laptop is ok.

First thing i would do is update BIOS and all needed drivers/software. Use HP Image Assistant (www.hp.com/go/clientmanagement)... after it unpacks it will run directly from the downloaded folder

Click on Analyze and then, in the Recommendatios tab, check off all and let it install

I work for HP. However, all opinions and comments are my own.

Thank you very much for your reply.

I have lastest updates from HP sites and latest BIOS version.

Btw this notification has popped up when I clicked on "Analyse". Also drivers are not there for my mobile workstation with Win 10 version 1809.

What should I do now?
EDIT: When I tick "Wait for Vertical Sync" in game, performance gets better and lags are smaller.
