It seems like every time Windows 10 goes through a major update, my Spectre X2 detatchable loses the ability to auto-rotate. This particular time, there's no longer the ability to even select auto rotate currently.

I recommend you follow the below steps and check if it helps.
Head to Settings > System > Display. Scroll down to find the “Rotation Lock” slider and set it to the “On” position. Toggle it to “Off” to disable Rotation lock and enable automatic screen rotation.
