SynapticsWBF Policy Service on HP EliteBook 820/840 High CPU

We have some big issues regarding SynapticsWBF Policy Service when computer is upgraded from 1803 to 1909.

Now the service is running on 30%+ CPU and 2GB+ Memory. Only solution is to kill the service. When rebooting or log off/on, then service is back with high CPU/Memory.

Have installed latest version available at HP/HPIA. Also latest BIOS and so. Tried on two different computers with same problem.

Please give som advice to what can be done to fix this problem... Newest driver is over 2 years old, is it supported on Win10 1909?
