HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I would like to file a complaint against a technical support individual I spoke with yesterday afternoon. The person was rude when I ask for help to resolve an issue. When I told him what I wanted to accomplish he said, "You cannot do that" and abruptly hung up on me.

I want to restore my printer to use third party ink cartridges, which one of your customer service people had done, I believe in 2023. I am retired and on a very tight budget and do not use my computer very often, so the Instant Ink program is no longer feasible for me. Can someone please help with this issue.

Non HP ink can be used on this list of HP printers.

The below type is unlikely to work on your 9015.

To check if an HP ink cartridge is genuine, look for a security label on the cartridge, scan the QR code on the label with your phone, and then go to HP's website hp.com/go/ok to verify the serial number on the label; if the label appears tampered or the serial number doesn't validate, the cartridge is likely not genuine.

HP is not the only OEM that restricts ink usage.
