I bought the laptop 3 days ago and while I picked up my laptop, I heard some wrangling noise as if a screw of broken part is there inside laptop body.
I called the customer care and got the case registered.
It's been 2 days since I registered my case, but I haven't received any call or message from the technician assigned to me.
Is there any other process to handle this issue?
