Product: HP ZBook Firefly 14 G7 Mobile Workstation

Hi,

 

I am a user of the HP ZBook firefly G7 workstation. My charging port light is not flashing while charging. The laptop is charging but the charging light is not turning on. Could anyone help me in this regard, like why this problem is occurring?
