Product: Hp envy x360 Convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently bought a hp envy x360 laptop. With battery power, everything is fine, while the fan is very loud during charging. The laptop is new and does not require cleaning. I tried to change the power plan but unfortunately it didn't work. Please help me.

You are posting this Q on the Business Notebook forum... you may want to repost in the appropriate forum

 

The only comment i can make is that the BIOS is typically in charge of the FANs... i would make sure you update the BIOS and see if the speed tables are updated to improve on the noise level
