Product: HP EliteBook 850 G2 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Laptop 850 G2, 16 gigabytes of RAM, 1 TB SSD ,  I7-5600U, fully checked and healthy, thermal paste has been changed, but when installing programs (for example, Photoshop, antiviruses, light games), it starts to slow down, heat up, and either crashes to a blue screen with different options, or installs, but then the system becomes completely slow. Now I use it only for surfing. For the same reason, I changed Win 10 to Win 8.1. Has anyone encountered something similar and what could be the reason?
