I've been chatting with an agent regarding my laptop's network issue. Suddenly he left the chat saying his shift is over, and i've got no response from the chat then. I've tried call back option, that's too never happend. If HP can't support it's product, why do this guys making them and fooling the customer??

 

I'm recommending my management to stop buying these stupid brand.

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

 

- Let me know the complete issue that you are facing with the unit.
- Let me know the version of the operating system installed on the computer.
- Error messages (if any) on the unit.
