- The worst ever service and product from an international company HP, since last 25 days they've been tormented mentally, no one responds to the calls or mails, worst ever service from HP I, Hi this is srinivas, I've been fighting for my consumer rights for the last 25 days, I bought an HP laptop worth 80k on 11-09-2022, it stopped working and I raised a complaint on 09-05-2023. hp service engineer replaced TWO REFURBISHED MOTHERBOARDS & opened my laptop for 6 times but still they don't provide any acknowledgement or job sheet for the service and they don't give an explanation for their failure,
Every time they replace the refurbished motherboard the new problem is occurring, laptop performance is worse than before as HP provided such a refurbished spares and worst service. As i don't have the laptop for 25 days I've lost my job. But HP is least bothered,
I don't want this laptop anymore as they opened the laptop 6 times and replaced the motherboard twice, already I have lost my job but I don't want to lose my money, so I demand a refund or replacement of this laptop. As you damaged the laptop physically by opened it several times.
