I'm planning the Intel Thunderbolt 3 firmware update (sp85067) from version 12.2.5.3.1 to version 20.2.5.5.1 with approx. 5000 HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2.

The update should be done via SCCM (Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager).

In addition, the update should only be carried out on devices that still need the update. To do this it is necessary to identify the already installed firmware version before the update. This would be best done with a tool (Check-Tool or Detection Tool - similar to the "Intel-SA-00086 Detection Tool" - https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27150?v=t) that writes the firmware version to the registry or to the WMI.

Is there such a tool for the Intel Thunderbolt 3 firmware update and can you provide it to me?

Or is there another way to identify the Intel Thunderbolt 3 firmware version?
