Product: HP EliteBook 840 G5 Base Model Notebook PC

hp elitebook g5 thunderbolt3 not  charging, charging indicator blink 9 times when tryed to charge using thnderbolt. Not charging usinng thunderbolt did the battery reset using holding the pwer button 15s . laptop works fine without this problem
