HP Recommended

After used for more than a year, the Thunderbolt Dock now keep shutting down my HP ZBook 15 G6 everytime, when the thunderbolt cable is plugged. I am wondering is it caused by hardware or faulty cable, as I just recently upgrade the dock's firmware. Now, I can only use the power cable without the thunderbolt cable (this dock came with combo cables: Power & Thunderbolt). Does anyone facing the same issue or having any fix for this problem?
