HP Thunderbolt Dock G2 Dock 230 Watt
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a new ZBook and a new Thunderbolt Dock.   When I connect my two HP monitors to the dock via DP cables, Display 3 shows as not active.   If I close the laptop, it becomes active.   When I open the laptop, it goes inactive again.

I want to use all three screens; ZBook, EliteDisplay E271i and ProDisplay P242va.

How do I do this?   BTW on my old HP laptop and docking station this was not an issue at all.   It would be hard to believe that older tech has less features than the new.

Thanks

Looks like your machine does not support 4 screens (3 + laptop screen). What is your ZBook ?  Normally you can find a table which shows number of screens you can have, similar to the following table
