Travel NBD onsite warranty in Italy ? Worthit?

Hi guys, i have an issue with my notebook.

I do a lot of traveling, so i decided to buy the extra 3y travel nbd onsite warranty.

Just after a month of use the the notebook died wihout any specific reason.

This happened in Italy on monday lat st week (2.9).

I called Italian HP support, where they told me its probably a bad motherboard.

Got an response email with statement that part is ordered and the technician will call me day after tommorow.

Sounds okay, but nobody contacted me.

Today(9.9), i called them again to check the contact info with them.

Contact was right but they told me, the part for my repair is unavailable and they dont know when it will be available.

Nobody there will call me to provide any information. 

I have to call them to get info about unavailable part ?!

This service in italia looks kinda unacceptable for me...



Got a similiar issue in the past with my EB 830 G5 and the service was arranged and the notebook was repaired under 72h.

There is no global HP support to reach in this case ?

I tried to contact great britain and north america support, but they did not provided any info since the book is in italia...
