HP EliteBook 840 G6
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've been having some remote desktop issues on this laptop and it looks like I need to update the Intel video drivers which is linked to https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp111501-112000/sp111901.exe

But when I attempt to download the driver I get the following error:

The requested URL /pub/softpaq/sp111501-112000/sp111901.exe was not found on this server

That makes it pretty difficult to download!

Is there another way I can get that softpaq?

Thanks

Hi:

If your notebook only has the onboard Intel graphics, see my knowledge base article at the link below for how to manually update the Intel graphics driver to the latest version directly from Intel...

i recommend you run HP Image Assistant to update all drivers, and BIOS, and provide any feedback if the problem you were seeing with the Intel download is still there

I work for HP. However, all opinions and comments are my own.

Thanks for the assistance and the link...  I was able to download the softpaq via the HP Softpaq download manager...  but I went through the link you provided and was able to update the driver via the Intel zip file...

Thanks!
