Product: ProBook 6545b
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

I have a ProBook 6545b which is password protected but I forgot the password.

I reset it back to factory defaults but it still brings up the box to enter the password.

Is there anything else I can try?

HP does not capture or retain any BIOS password data, so HP cannot recover your local BIOS Password.

 

HP can remove the Password via a service of the Notebook.

 

You can contact HP Support to set this up.

Options vary depending on location and warranty status (Service fee may apply)
