Product: probook450 g7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi my Hp Probook 450 g7 is not charging over the type c port the wire seems okay but no response by laptop whatsoever. No charging symbol comes up. Also if I put another device such as phone still nothing (wanted to transfer files, photos).Please reply with suggestion.

Do you have any power at all? I believe USB ports require a tiny bit of power on both sides of the cord before they can start charging. Can you use the "AC power port" to charge for a little bit and try again?
