Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The other day I noticed an update that was about a keyboard or something of the sort on my EliteBook G3 X360. I usually allow updates on my PC but this particular refused so I just let it be. 

It's now a couple of days later and my UIOP Keys on the pc are not working. 

What should I do? It's really frustrating. 

Can't get anything done! 

That's 60% of vowels I cannot access.
