Product: HP EliteBook 840 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello friends,

 

I am facing some problem with my HP EliteBook 840 G3 laptop.

 

1. Bluetooth Icon is Disappear (Although I tried to select show icon in computer management setting).

2. One of my USB port doesn't work but it provides the power for the external devices.

2. After shut down the laptop, Exhaust fan still runs as well WiFi and sound LED as well until battery discharged.

 

 

Kindly help with that! What should I do!!
