Product: HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-c0000 (2W0H9AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I use my HP Envy for streaming digital images from an industrial USB3 camera. Streaming is very unreliable with this PC and the camera works fine with lower performance PC's like a Win 10 MacAir and and very cheap Win 10 Lenovo. There seems to be no diagnostic tool offered my HP to diagnose USB port performance. Please do not email me links to obsolete downloads that don't provide usb port diagnostics

I should add I have checked the power options very carefully ("Best Performance") and USB breaks still occur.
