USB-C Dock G5 USB ports stopped working

HP Community,

 

I have an HP Elitebook and and HP Envy laptop. I connect both laptops to my HP G5 Docking station depending on my needs. Last week at some point, the USB ports on the docking station stopped working. I initially thought it was a problem with the Elitebook, but quickly discovered that the issues exist on the Envy as well.

 

I've updated the drivers, but the issue still persists. Any ideas what could be happening? Have you all experienced this before?
