USB Ports not working

HP Recommended
ProBook 650 G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

USB ports don't work


Went into device Manager and saw "unknown device" and no USB device


Deleted unknonw device and rebooted


USB devices now shows up but with a triangle


tried to update drivers and it can't locate any


Where do I find drivers
