We recently bought 4 brand new laptops and a desk top computer to replace our used HP all in one desk tops. 3 of the laptops are identical to the one I registered and one is a Pavilion 15. We have been attempting to connect multiple monitors through the use of hub that connects to the USB-C port. The Pavilion 15 works fine but the other three laptops do not. Apparently they do not have video output through the USB ports. I have spent a lot for a small business to be able to get these and I don't think its right that your support hung up on me and I also don't think it's right that I should have to pay additional money for tech support. If you do not remedy this situation these will be the last HP products I ever buy.

What is your HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D118AV) machines ? They could be on the following list
https://support.hp.com/au-en/product/product-specs/hp-15-f2000-laptop-pc-series/model/2100381726
They should have same ports as the following machine
Their USB-C ports are useless: SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate which do not support
Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use them to
- Charge your machine,
- Connect to an external monitor with/without hub/dock/adapter (some hubs may have builtin chip to support this)
Regards.
